• O-ring

The ELITE O-Ring Roller Chains can be used with standard sprockets and are extremely shock-resistant. These chains have life-long lubcrication and do not need further lubrication throughout their entire service life.

  • ELITE hsp.jpg

The ELITE High Strength Roller chain has an approximately 40% higher breaking strength applied to the pre-stretch of our chains by 10% more of the required standard. The initial lubrication ensures an extremely high wear resistance.

  • JWIS single strand chain.jpg

The ELITE Roller Chain - Heavy Series H are generally made with the same pin materials as standard roller chains. However, their major advantage is that they provide higher wear resistance and greater tensile strength than standard chains, while retaining virtually the same breaking strength.

  • Roller Chain

The ELITE Roller Chain - ANSI have been tapered, shot-blasted, and have high contact ratios. They are cold-extruded and have extremely regular wall thickness. The product range that we provide includes bent and flat attachment plates.

  • Roller Chain

The ELITE Roller Chain - BS  are the result of various specific customer requests, such as a demand for increased load capacity without additional space. Some versions were originally derived from bicycle or motorcycle chains. Their specifications are as diverse as their applications.

  • Double Roller Chain

ELITE Double Pitch Roller chains are based on the single pitch chains constructed according to ISO 606. Except for the pitch, they meet the same standard specifications with respect to their dimensions. The plates of Double Pitch Roller chains, as the name implies, are twice the length of the plates fitted to standard roller chains.

  • ELITE Corrosion Resistant

The ELITE Corrosion Resistant Roller Chains are available in nickel, zinc-plated, and stainless steel. On request, iwis can combine different coatings, which would guarantee high wear resistance coupled with excellent corrosion protection for attachments.
