JWIS Grip Chains have pins that are made of heat-treated alloy steel. The bushes are made from seamless precision steel tubes, case-hardened. The link plates are made of high-strength tempered steel or case-hardened steel alloy. Where rollers are present, they are made of case-hardened steel. 

JWIS accumulation chains allow easy positioning of the transported material at any point along the transport path and remove the need to start and stop the chain, thereby unsettling the conveyed material. The normal chain speed is 0.1 to 0.5 m/s. 

The JWIS Plate Top Chain has special plates pressed directly onto the chain pins guarantee an absolutely flat, step-free transport track in the tightest of spaces. The highlights of this chain includes roller chains according to ISO 606 and ISO 1275 standards. This Plate Top Chain guarantees an absolutely flat, step-free transport track, and low noise emission.

The JWIS Thermoforming "Sticker" Chain offers precision, quality, and a distinctive longer lifetime in all thermoformed packaging applications. The Sticker Chain has specially designed guide rollres and wear resistant extruded pins offering precise film alignment. This JWIS Chain is specially designed with intermediate plates that reduce lateral forces within the chain. The longlife heat-treated, easy break pins increase wearlife and precision of operation. 

The JWIS Pin Oven Chains are extremely wear-resistant with specially adjusted transport pins and superior protective heads. These Pin Oven Chains are initially treated with our special lubricant: IPP and has a Standard protective head to be heat-resistant.
